Clinical History
A 24-year-old man presented with thoracic back pain radiating to his right shoulder, increased sweating in his right upper body/face, and decreased sensation in his right chest. Symptoms progressed over 10 days, with gait disturbance, hemi-hypoesthesia, and hemi-hyperhidrosis.
