17-year-old male, no significant past medical history, presented to the emergency department 1 day after a bicycle accident where he struck his upper abdomen against the handlebars. Experienced left-sided abdominal pain, which shifted to the right side. Denied fever, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
