94-year-old male with bilateral palpable breast masses. History of bladder cancer, melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma. Negative for BRCA mutation. Bilateral breast masses and left axillary lymph nodes palpated. Bilateral inverted nipples, left nipple almost fully eroded.
